What counts as this spec
A seller's price is matched by its stated size and scope, never by price.
An air source heat pump of 6 to 8 kW for a home of about 3 beds, with the outdoor unit, a hot water cylinder, installation and MCS certification; read before and after the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. Radiator upgrades and controls are recorded, not required. Hybrid, ground source and air to air systems are off the comparison.
A price for a different size or scope is stored with the date we read it but kept off this comparison. A price after a grant is never put beside one before it without saying so.
